Management Team
The AdviserPlus Board is chaired by Barrie Clark. Karl Chapman is a non-executive director and the executive team comprises:
| Chris Clarke Chris is Chief Executive. Chris started her career in an operational HR role with Security Pacific Eurofinance inc. In 1988 she joined Link Organisation plc where she became Group HR Services Manager. Link Organisation was acquired by CRT Group plc in 1990 and Chris supported the organic and acquisition led growth of the business. Chris joined AdviserPlus in 2003. |

| Lesley Sweeney Lesley is Operations Director. Having held various support roles in privately owned and fully listed organisations, Lesley was PA to the Finance Director and then Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive of Spring Group plc. Lesley was one of the founders of AdviserPlus and has helped steer its growth from the original team of 3 to its present size. |

| Sarah Penrose Sarah is Business Development Director. Sarah has held a number of senior HR and business Director roles in private and quoted companies including Courage, The Cable Corporation, Lex Transfleet and the Caudwell Group. Prior to joining AdviserPlus in 2001, she was a Director of BNB Resources, a search, selection and assessment organisation, and was also MD of its MyOyster subsidiary. |

| Duncan Jubb Duncan is Finance and Commercial Director. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1989, Duncan led a wide variety of corporate transactions, IPOs and projects for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in the Midlands. In 1998, he joined CRT Group plc (now Spring Group plc) as Acquisitions Director and, latterly, Commercial Director before joining AdviserPlus in September 2006. |

| Rick Emslie Rick is Executive Deputy Chairman. With an Occupational Psychology degree, Rick worked for many years in industry ultimately with plc board responsibility for HR and public affairs. He left to set up his own consultancy, EP-First Saratoga, which was acquired by PWC. He is an expert in human capital measurement and HR strategy and structure. He joined AdviserPlus in 2007. |
